The Overwater J Series is a range of traditionally inspired basses designed to combine Classic looks with renowned Overwater Craftmanship, tone and supreme playability. A new Classic 4 would set you back around two and a half grand nowadays and that excludes such upgrades as 3 band EQ, Drop D tuner and gorgeous flame and birdseye figured neck… oh, and rather a long wait!
This bass was resold by Overwater in February 2016 and comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Chris May. A stunning ‘high-end’/custom development of the Jazz bass.
