With Hartkes revolutionary Hydrive speaker cabs you get the best of both worlds - the warm tone of traditional paper cones combined with the clear, punchy attack of aluminium cones. The neo speakers weigh around 40% of a conventional speaker which makes a real difference to portability.
These cabs are very ‘roadworthy’ and are constructed from high grade 3/4″ marine grade plywood and are extremely stiff due to the internal bracing design and jointing system employed. These Hydrive cabs are a sealed design (ie, non-ported) which makes them extremely ‘punchy’ and ‘tight’ sounding. Complete with heavy duty recessed steel side handles and removeable steel castors.
