The new M2000 has a sonic palette that will surprise and delight new and die-hard G&L fans alike and features the return of the classic C shape, 1 5/8” neck discontinued by G&L in the 80s. Rock maple fingerboard with 21 (medium-jumbo) frets.
2 M-spec G&L MFD humbuckers made in Fullerton, California. New G&L M-series 18v preamp, controls for volume, pup pan, bass, mid and treble boost/cut. Saddle-Lock hi-sustain bridge, G&L tuners.
These basses are perhaps a little more intuitive to use than the L-series basses and deliver a wide range of powerful but detailed tones whether you are slapping, playing fingerstyle or using a pick.
