Cort Rithimic (Jeff Berlin Signature)

Designed in close consultation with bass maestro Jeff Berlin, for Jeff Berlin - the production model is virtually identical to the bass JB actually plays. It has a lovely fast, slim neck with 38mm (1.5″) which will suit ‘Jazz’ players. JB always favoured Badass bridges but switched to Babicz bridges with the demise of Badass. Tonally, the custom pickups deliver warm, deep tones with a piano-like low end and well defined mids and highs. Jeff wanted a simple design with no extraneous features….his citeria was a great neck, super low action and knockout passive tone. Over to the man himself:
“After playing the same bass for so many years I was not sure that another builder could develop something that I would love. As soon as I played the very first Rithimic bass I was wowed. I could not believe how perfectly this bass turned out. This is an astonishing instrument that Cort has built for me”.
If it’s good enough for Jeff Berlin………
