We’re a sucker for Swamp Ash bodied basses here at GBBL. Coupled with the maple fingerboard and black pickguard, we’re getting into classic early 1950’s ‘Blackguard’ Telecaster territory here! Not only does Swamp Ash look great but it ‘sounds’ great as well and is a very even tone wood.
The Cort GB range of basses offers seriously good value for money, combining good modern active tones with effortless playability. You can use the coil tap switch to run the bridge humbucker in single coil mode which, along with 3 band active EQ is just such a versatile configuration.
