Blade B2 Tetra
£1,495.00 £1,150.00
Swiss-based American luthier Gary Levinson took the best attributes of a certain ‘classic’ bass (its body and neck) and re-engineered it from the bottom up to ‘give players more of what they need… more playability, more versatility and more tone’.
The B2 has been Blade’s flagship bass since it debuted in 1989 scooping a plethora of innovation awards and accolades in the process. The playability of these basses is quite astonishing and whether you’re looking for vintage growl, thundering mids or piano-wire slap tones, the Tetra B2 will deliver. Remember the various ‘Super-Strats’ (hotter, faster, better sounding) favoured by guitarists such as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai etc? Well, we call this the ‘Super-Jazz’.
